Rooftop Smokehouse

Buster and Carla – founders and owners of this now country-wide famous produce of smoked products in Spain have been friends for many years. Our friendship began when Buster was my assistant before he moved to Barcelona and went to chef school. I have shot a few lovely projects for them over the years for fun and experience.

The last couple of years the business has grown exponentially subsequent to some investment so they were eager to commission us to help them develop the positioning, brand story, look and feel and then shoot new images from the ground up – product images to storytelling to portrait and food preparation and finally serving suggestions. It was a hot summer week with frequent needs to step into the freezer to recalibrate body temperature!
