We are two years in on this one and the third year booked in. Moet Hennessy have created the Assemblage bartender programme that brings together education on and consequent use of the entire spirits and champagne portfolio in the creation of new cocktails.
We started with the launch content on social and went on to Trip sizzles, insight pieces, bartender portraits and in 2019 a two day cocktail shoot to capture the entire collection of drinks created.
Christian and his team at Schmick have made themselves indispensable to me, and have delivered breathtaking content capturing uniquely perfect moments that we have been able to use many times over. The full team at Schmick are consummate professionals at what they do.
